Dunklin County is a county located in the Bootheel of the U.S. state of Missouri. Dunklin County comprises the Kennett, MO Micropolitan Statistical Area. ==Geography== According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of , of which is land and (1.1%) is water. The lowest point in the state of Missouri is located on the St. Francis River in Buffalo Township in Dunklin County, where it flows out of Missouri and into Arkansas.
